Description of the Organisation
Flint Liberation Army known by the alias FLA has been categorized to be a terrorist group against the Argonath government which demands independence to create and govern a country of their own. The Bureau has found the group committing treason against the USA by claiming specific areas in the state of San Andreas as their own and labelled those areas as Flint Country. The organisation is understood to have a large arsenal which includes explosive ordinance such as Rocket Propelled Grenades (RPG) which they have been witnessed using against civilians as well as law enforcement organisations. Furthermore, the group has also abandoned the Argonath constitution and have been enforcing a constitution of their own which is in contrary to the Argonath constitution, promoting criminal acts on a public platform such as public advertising.

Zero Tolerance Policy
As result of the action of the organisation, it is now categorized to be a terrorist organisation. Anyone found claiming to be a part of it will face a zero tolerance policy resulting in an arrest and be charged with treason. Anyone representing the organisation will also be arrested and charged with treason.

Conjunction authorising the FBI to implement National Security measures in Flint County

The Supreme Court has been petitioned to issue a conjunction authorising the FBI to implement National Security measures in Flint County. The FBI has presented evidence that supports this petition.

The Supreme Court authorises that the following measures be taken by the FBI, effective immediately;

- Anyone may be lawfully requested to remove a mask (eg. any piece of clothing that covers the face partially or fully) in order to establish the identity of that person.
- The Flint Liberation Army (FLA) is classed as an organisation that is terrorist of nature.
- Anyone representing the FLA through the use of words, gestures, clothing, other items and/or (criminal) behaviour may be arrested for the offence of treason against the United States of Argonath.
- Anyone knowingly helping the FLA by means of goods, services or failure to report sightings of FLA members may be arrested for the offence of being an accessory (after the fact).
- The FBI can delegate the powers to exercise these National Security measures to other law enforcement officers, however the FBI will remain solely responsible for the execution thereof.

This conjunction may be appealed by anyone in the Supreme Courthouse, however the execution of the aforementioned measures will not be halted during the handling of the appeal.

What does this conjunction mean?

The reason for this conjunction is because an organisation known as the FLA is threatening the national security of United States of Argonath. The conjunction allows the FBI and anyone else they have given the authority to lawfully request someone to remove anything which may cover any part of their face for identification purposes.

It also allows the FBI and anyone else with the authority to use the conjunction to arrest anyone for treason who claims to be a part of FLA, associate with FLA or represent them in any way or form. To be specific " anyone representing the FLA through the use of words, gestures, clothing, other items and/or (criminal) behaviour may be arrested for the offence of treason against the United States of Argonath.".

What happens if I refuse to remove my mask?

If you are requested by an law enforcer who is authorised to use this conjunction to remove your mask or anything which may cover face you MUST comply. Not complying will result in the law enforcer assuming you are with the FLA, you will be classified and treated as a terrorist resulting in an arrest for treason until evidence is found otherwise.

All citizens are requested to carry a valid photo ID with them such as a driving license or passport whenever they enter countryside areas and outskirts of Los Santos and San Fierro such Flint County, Angel Pine and any other areas in between.
