Hey i bought a Logitech Chillstream controller for PC, it looks pretty much like XBOX 360 controller, but for pc

Now i installed all the drivers, updated them and went on Call of Duty 4 to test, quess what? didnt work, i couldnt move or anything. But when i went in Bully Scholarship edition game, i just clicked options and put the controls from my gamepad and quess what? Worked on the first time. When i went ingame on GTA San Andreas, it was working partially, and by that i mean i could move and drive cars, but couldnt aim and answer phone. Like if RT and LT were not funcioning, but on Bully everything worked.
I was searching for the problem and i couldnt find anything, could you give me some advice or help? Anything that can help will be apreciated.

PS: In the guide they said that this is fully supported by windows vista, cuz im using it.
