Cannot start SA

Hi, i'm having some problems,
I had old drivers, 95.6 from a GeForce 4000MX
I decided to download new drivers, now it's 175.19
Aswell, i changed my video card to FX 5200
So everytime i click gtasa icon it does not opens,
looks like .exe is invalid or something,
it was working before i installed new drivers.
What happened?
Specs:
1GB Memmory, Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz, FX 5200, MSI Motherboard.

Start the singler player mode.
Exit.
Go to SAMP, Argonath, start, enjoy =D

Does not works, it's global gtasa,
SAMP Does not works nor Gta single player.

Delete the gta-sa.set in you GTA San Andreas User Files, located in My Documents

If you switched your graphics card after updating your drivers, you need to reinstall them.

I would recommend downloading them again, checking if they are for the right graphic card version.
