TV Franchises

I have decided to start a TV Franchise system.

This means TV companies will produce shows for a franchise and the franchise will Broadcast it (Upload it somewhere).

There are 5 franchise areas

1. Vice City Met area Franchise : Current Holder - None (Bid for it now)
2. LS Area franchise - Current Holder - mCap Media.(Taken By me)
3. SF area franchise - No Holder (ON HOLD. Send cash Bids.)
4. LV Area franchise - no holder (Bid now)
5. SA Region franchise - mCap Media. (Came with LS Franchise.)

If you wish to start a channel (franchise) bid now.

All bids must be directed to the Argonath Office of Communcations and Media (me) and will be reviewed for suitability and financial stability.

2. You bid for a licence to oversee TV media in your broadcast area.

So if someone makes a film, you'd transmit it.
