1 side you are right, lots of rulebreaking in LS,
but without ppl in SF you cant play there good
and personally i dont really like SF, just an ugly city,
i like LS the most: looks nice, familiar
and else i would choose for LV, not SF

But if you have 2-3 big criminal groups, 10-15 regular SF cops, 10-20 casual RP-ers like civilians with there everyday bizz( some of AV WS TCL members shoud think abaut this), few admins that like SF and wanna live there( you see the pages of this topic, and you see at least 5-6 admins that are in that trip) , and there you go, City is nicly Populated and going UP.

LS will allways be more populated, but nothing shoud slow us down trying to make a diference from curent situation.

We incourege criminal group to move to SF, we help them araund, we buyed 3 bizz and put small fee`s so ppl woud use it more, we bringing some of the best police memebers in it, they even have routing patrol trow CIty,  and i ask again , what DOES the rest of you do !?

Belive me, i personaly go one in 5 days in LS, and i dont like it a bit since its offical, its CROWDED with ppl, there is too much DM/carkilling/ blowing up gs, new feecops who does w/e they want, car acidents etc, i realy dont know how ppl can be so blind and not puting an effort to make things diferent and not just shLT on other ppl HARD WORK!

Your blindest and imaturaty wont let you see what i am talking abaut. Crime Hole? There is no popular city without 2-3 big criminal groups its just a fact!

Ppl go where most of ppl hang, most ppl that hang togheter all the time are criminal groups, not RP groups etc. So LIKE LS, first there shoud be, like i said 2-3 big criminal organizaiton, wich brings big ARPD/FBI force, and ON THE END it brings CIVILIANS, ITS JUST THE WAY THAT IS DONE, belive me, if Stracci/CM/GSF and others woud move in LV, in a mether of 20 days all ppl woud move to LV, this is a FACT that is proven, and the way it JUST GO in SAMP.

Last time Araatus tried to move to SF we lost all of our ground in LS to Corleone, and we pretty much still haven't gained a lot back. Totally wasn't worth it to move, frankly, which is why we wouldn't do it again.

Whell in my opinion your moving was not planed organized, cause only Araatus, from big criminal groups move to SF, wich is not inuff, on other hand, if you have 2-3 BIG criminal groups in, + some small one like Tanaka Imai or w/e, that woud be a totaly diferent storry. Anyway rs4 is near, will try make the best of it, and we will talk with all groups and ppl that are in the same trip for it.

Yeap, I totally agree with you. Where the mafia and gangs are settled, there would make the cops go to SF, and finally civillians. I find LS a bigger crime hole than SF, but that's what brings a city in San Andreas alive. As I tell you, I used to take with my cabby many gangsters or even some mafia members to SF, and I needed time to discover that it wasn't a dead city. There was of course crime, but far less than in LS, which is dominated by a huge shadow of chaos and madness, even if the 60% of its players were cops...

I still judge the situation as it was last year. I'm still waiting for my password to be recovered so I'll be able to see then what's new about this beautiful city
