If you drive a car you are supposed to pay for the fuel by /fillup.
Of course our greedy players would never use this command, which resulted in most cars being out of fuel all the time.
As a result, the script checks if you refuel your car. When you empty 2 fuel tanks without refilling, you are fined to compensate for not having the courtesy to pay your fuel.

An [AV] person said theyd teach me and they knew exactly what they were doing. I assumed they were a real teacher. So I appoligise for any inconveinience this post may have caused. Please try find out who this was, plz. Thanks

Not all AVDS teachers have AV tags.
If someone told he will teach you, it doesn't mean you will get a license in 5 minutes.
AVDS course includes 2 lessons and 1 exam. You would require at least 3 days to pass it and get your driving license.

I always assumed that fine was a bug :P.
