I have an Idea...
how bout we  could make passports for VC even though the map is small.
you go to the building near downtown ammu and go !buy passport <nickname>
so say.. your at downtown and want to go prawn island, u go to the beginning of the  bridge then
!show passport then a PM: You May Pass.
if u didnt show a passport.. u get auto sussed
so...?
if this dont work for VC then move this to SA ideas so ill give SA an idea
