Im coming back when everything is up and running , my RP may be a bit rusty so il pop in sometime, like i said, you have the privilege of the server and of course rules will be broken but 2 minutes with a admin and everything will be sorted.

As mentioned, server is active, that brings a lot more players who usually come from Deathmatch servers, where they barely gain any knowledge about VC:MP than its sync/gameplay/shooting... Try to introduce the guy to the rules, help him, admins aren't the only ones supposed to help others.

And remember: always DO send screenshots to administration but do not give up on trying to help the new players/rulesbreakers first...

Try to catch some player that speaks your language and enlgish, otherwise, google translator is your best friend.

Yes, everytime I see rulebreakers/new players I always tend to help them out, we can't leave everything up to the admins. They are volunteers and they are brilliant, we must try to help as well.
