New people should use their brains - If they are willing to spend money on a 2k fee without even looking at this fee it means they are not looking to spend a long amount of time here.
Along with any dealing, etc.. they know they only have 10k thus they should use it widely. It's not scamming if they agree to it. If someone gets banned for something like this, I'll be the second to argue (after the first
