Sir i got unbanned yesterday after Login in game i see i have money in minus in my hand like -192104 before banned it was 260k without any loan. Kindly Solve my probem plz

Are you sure you didn't have any economical case with someone and got solved while you was banned and  your money taken by a manager to give it to the person who won the case?

Let me explain Ted's statement a bit further,

You in one way or another took some advantage to cheat money.
You got caught.
You were banned.
As a result, you are punished additionally by removal of money as a consequence.
Life sucks and isn't full of roses, maybe you'll think twice about cheating.
