Skoda cop car?

i saw in the screenshot section some screens of skoda cop cars.. how did u do that? is it to download?
if i can download it, where i gotta put the file?
can somebody explain me?

That was a car mod. Mods are forbidden on Argonath RPG server.

is that the player sees his car as a skoda, but other ppl see it as a normal cop car.
then whats te problem?

Oh god, this has been discussed so many times already. I'll give you the short version of the conclusion:

It's still a mod, and therefore not allowed. Period.
