Big problem whol pces crashes when logging in server

I explain i installed yesterday a new graphic card. I installed drivers and played samp their was no problem. Today i logging in server. I played 5 min and pc restarts. Then PC says " Windows recovered from a serieus error"  Then i played single player to test my graphic card it did nothing. Then i logged in i played 20 min did same.. Now  each time start samp up it loads but when i press /login enter pc shutdown and restarts and says same message.


I logged in on my litle brotehr account. When i log on his account i aim able to play 20 min somtimes 5 min and pc crashed. On my account i cant login i start samp up. Then when i do /login it crashes immidiatly pc restarts completly and then says Windows recoverd by a serieus error

I tested i can watch movies i can play GTA SA Single player it doesnt crash
