I've been a cop the whole time, and it's all I know how to do and what I do best, so take what I say as help not advice, I'd say to try to buy a business to get more of an income, even if you have to take a loan. The type of business you should buy depends on what you find fun and interesting.

If you already own a business, buy a house.

Don't buy anything, if you won't use it. If you want something and you will really use it, buy that.

Most people play for stats (money). They make the money, saving on everything (even on things that would cost $200) just to buy a property. But when they finally buy one, they don't know what to do with it, and it's just standing there uselessly. Now, I ask: what's the sense in this? Better to spend money on imaginary things rather than on things that you won't use.


Play for fun and friendship, not for stats or achievements.

Well but if you have house, Vehicle, casino, business you have beter reputation.
And house you do use it examples:Clothes that you buy and then save in your house,weapons, have fun with friends.
Business: Money
Vehicle: Nothing special but its your property and its part of the RP
