I did get a graphics card, ATI Radeon HD 3400, and now like I just said...

Well, I think I've layed my problem to rest now, it turns it, that it might of been my RAM which was causing the problem, anyways, I updated the RAM, turned on SA in high settings, the game runned really smoothly, without the random lag. :D
