By the sentence "when admins approve me registering!", he meant that admins will let him play on the same IP as Dex's IP. And then you replied "uhm, you can just register by loggin into the server and doing /register *password*", He didn't ask for "How to register", "Account confirmation like other RP server", or else. So I told you to read that topic to let you know that he waiting for permission from admins to play on same IP address...

Since when? Since admins granted.
And you know what, I've been playing on LAN before with 3 friends, and admins didn't say anything.
And there is a few people who currently playing on LAN for over a year now.
