Critical Error at LogIn

Well,

I just bought a new house, and was about to name it.

I made a mistake, I named my house like "~r bla bla" or something, accidently. Now, everytime I step onto my house "button" and the house name & value info appears, my game crashes. I repeat, this error appeared right after I changed my housename. The problem is, everytime I start up SAMP and login again, I spawn right on that green house "button".

My request is to teleport me away from my house, or change my spawn position(if possible, 10meters away would be enough) or to set my housename to default "sold".

Try this : Before you log in ingame type something like /namehouse test and then press enter. After that do /login <password>. Quickly after that press T to open chat and press up from arrows 2 times . Youll get that namehouse command that way fastly to ur chat. Then press enter BEFORE you spawn. That way you will get ur housename changed. Might be that you crash on time you do it but then just come back to server and name of house should now be *test* and it will not make you crash.
