New Tab: Notify admins

As my idea says there should be topic or a tab like speakerbox to notify admins about things like that your brother starts to play etc.

Actually no need, especially as long as your brother will not send you his welcome money, use hax or does other things to get you banned. Its not forbidden to have more than one account from the same IP, its forbidden to have more than one account per person.
As long as its likely that the two accounts from the same Ip are not the same person, no notification needed.

Just its good to notify admins. I came on that idea cause violet and his brother claimed that i had multiple accounts wich was actually my brother and Gandalf and cDa were informed, so posting it in such section would make sure all admins would be aware about it instead of suspecting in moneycheating and multiple accs

Admins check accounts against IP's though, and alot of time they believe the users are lying. Maybe there should be some sort of system so admins can check users against it so that users with known multiple accounts per IP have their reason listed and registered for legibility.

An admin won't just ban you if they see you have more then one account, they will talk to you first and give you time to explain.

But yeah if you got accounts like: Lol123, lol1234, lol132 and so on, you will probably get banned :P

That's the thing. Alot of users with family/friends using the same IP tend to often have similar names. Admins questioning them doesn't always help either because the multi-account issues usually come from players that don't fluently speak English, and have trouble understanding what admins are saying.
