well yesterday my monitor started to trip out, it began to blur everything to the right. I dont know what caused it and how to fix it. I tryed to reseting the monitor settings, and i tryed to do Auto settings, but nothing helped.

I got some pics here, idk if it will show on your screen, but they are blurted to the right on mine.

oh btw, by monitor info (im just going to read off stuff on it): HDMI | HD Dusplay | 22' widescreen | 1680 x 1050 | UltraContrast 2000:1

So if anyone has any idea what caused this problem, or how to fix it, plz let me know

I think you're running in 16 bit colours.

Go onto desktop, right click - personalize - Display Settings - and then check what bit the colour is in.

On SA, do the same. Go onto esc - options - display options - advanced - set the resolution to your xxx - xxx - 32.
