guys i Found links for GTA:IV nd i started Downloading but i was asking wat i need to make it work??
This is My Computer !!
1-1GB GeForce 9400 GT
2-2GB RAM
3-Inel(R) Pentium(R) 4CBU 3.00Ghz 2.99Ghz(Cor 2 Due)
4-Windows xp
5-Internet Speed 512k.b

im running a mix of low and medium settings with 1022x768 on athlon 5400+, 4 gb ram, 9500gt.

GTA IV Requires: (reading from the back of the case)

OS: Windows Vista S1 / Windows XP S3
Memory: 1.5GB on Vista / 1GB on XP + 16GB free HDD space.
Video Card: 256MB nVidia 7900 / 256MB ATI X1900
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8GHz / AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4GHz

Conclusion = You should be able to run GTA IV brougtly on low settings. No matter how much you have
memory on your video card, above 512Mb it makes almost no difference at all. So yes, you should be
able to run it, but the question is would you throw your PC out of the window after playing few days?

I'm running everything on medium and some settings on high, and I'm getting 30-50FPS on 1440x900 resolution.
And I have Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, nVidia GeForce 8800GT 512Mb and 3GB of RAM.

Well in theory, the more RAM you have on your video card the better is its performance.
In practical use, the difference between 256Mb and 512Mb is huge, but then the ammount
of RAM from 512Mb -> 1024Mb and above have barely any difference to the performance.
1 GB (gigabites) = 1024 MB (megabites). So you'll be just fine when you put the graphic
settings of the game on low. (Start game -> Options -> Graphic options).

Not gonna work with Pentium 4...thats my guess, get better processor and it will run better.

That is different. It doesn't cost Rockstar money, they supported the production of SAMP and MTA.

Every download you make is not illegal.. SAMP is meant for to be downloaded, NOT so you can buy it (or have you seen it in any local store?)
Downloading GTA is illegal, but downloading Multiplayer FOR GTA is NOT illegal.

And btw, you need better processor to run GTA:IV
