Anyway, here goes the story.
I was away from San Andreas representing ANG at the International Army Conference.
On my flight back, I noticed some strange things. The water seemed.. higher somehow. However, having no point of reference, I couldn't be sure.
Upon flying into Los Santos, I discovered the entire city covered in water.
http://img232.imageshack.us/my.php?image=flyingoverwithhydramx5.pngAs my ANG duties, laid out - I had to look for survivors. I landed on the helipad atop the tallest LS building, and since the water was flooded inside I parachuted off the side.

http://img512.imageshack.us/my.php?image=underwaterfishoh3.pngI swam for a long time before finding a speeder in a warehouse, floating just below the ceiling. I managed to get it out of the warehouse, and onto open water. I sped over to RON's high-up house, for refuge.
