Explain to him that he shouldn't flood your PMs like that. Tell him kindly no. You don't need to flame him and be mean to him, he is young, he is still learning how to act on forums and big servers. When I was new, I did not know anything, I asked, people were nice...I did something wrong, people explained to me..Do this to him...

The same thing happened to me (he asked me if he could be my bodyguard) , but I just said "no, i don't need a bodyguard" , and he didn't ask anymore.
