When I was playing 2 years ago on one RPG server, there were lots of dmers...
I was as cop and busted them (getting money), or I was defending my ass and still busting them... (criminal)
I really did not need admin for that...
From movie I can see that u like to fight... Then rise your skills, be a proper cop and bust deathmatchers, if they do not surrender...

  Spidey,spidey, I have seen so much pwnage on a player since I first play in a deathmacth map myself, we rly have to train together, but here goes some usefull tips I use to fight:
annoy them, my favorite.Spawn as cop an then start racing around ur opponent in circles with a nightstick, every time he's going to shoot you with the shootgun hit him in the back, do this several times 'cause its very dificult to be shoot that way, when he runs out of ammo shoot him.
I will record a video with me doing it.Very funny
And those dmers are a gift to us cause they are alone and the cops can live on them.
I like to kill dmers by breakfeast. ihummie.

When speaking of old times whit ron. I remeber he and i haved an gun challange. He won almost all times except one time when i shot him down whit stubby

And in response to what CJ is trying to say here:

When I was playing Argonath on Vice City, there was always on certain time of the day or night when the DM'ers got really, really bad, and there were never admins online at that time to do anything about it. You could try being a cop, but you'd either get nailed with hackers or overloaded with Dm'ers.

I even tried requesting to be an admin on more than one occasion, and was backed by the other players who would be on during that time. I'd always be on at the time and would have easily been able to control the situation.

Unfortunately, on the first time I tried to apply, Aragorn said there were already enough admins there, and the second time the submission was ignored entirely. Now I play SAMP and haven't been on VC in a while, but I'm positive the problem still exists, and I think that's basically the problem CJ is trying to exhibit - that there are large periods of time with no admins online and DM'ers and hackers running amuck.
