Can we also put illegal downloaded music in Ipod nano or does Itunes only allow legal music?

No offence, but are you serious? If you are, the answer is Yes, you can have all illegal music and no legal music, it works  ;)

Would'nt say mods were illegal since most games you can mod to build on it and expand the possibilities, but Illegal is like Klaus said from file sharing, but Legal is when you have actually paid to own the rights to that music.
