well, as i said, it doesnt lag on my system, my system is around the mid range, i run graphics on High with a high res etc..

My Specs are:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3Ghz
2Gb DDR2-800
XFX Nvidia 9600GT XT 512Mb GDDR3 ( occasionally run SLI with my other card, not running it right now due to cooling issues )


My old specs before i upgraded a bit, also had no issues with lag on Medium/high graphics with the same res..

Those specs are:

2Gb DDR2-800
Nvidia 8600GT 512Mb GDDR2

I have a 9800GTX+ OC, which is much better than a 9600GT or a 8600GT for that matter.
I cannot seem to play GTA IV without lag even on some of the lowest settings, but I think it's my GTA IV copy.. :/
Whenever I set my graphics settings, they don't save when I turn on the game again.

Voodoo said PC's in generally which is more important then your PC
Nevermind if it runs smooth on your PC but what do you recommend to the rest lets say 2 million buyers who probably have a missing ground bug or something

ye you may have a more powerfull card, but the fact is your other specs, like Ram, CPU and all those other components which matter..
If youre lagging on the lowest settings its one of your other components which are either incompatable or fucked..

As I stated before I wouldn't recommend you to get GTA IV

its expensive and I mean expensive for what you actually get and its bug....lag....glitch

I don't really lag that much. Weirdly, it's like this.
When I play on highest settings - the game looks shit, I mean extremely shit and I get like 20FPS.
When I play on lowest settings - the game looks like how it should do at highest settings and I get like 40FPS.

On the PC I mentioned, these are the specifications:
-Quad Core Q9(something) - I think clocked at 3.2GHz.
-6GB Corsair DDR2 RAM.

naw man, there has to be something incompatable with your hardware setup there man.. it shouldnt be shit on higher graphics...

and thats a overshoot and a half..
Quad core and 6Gb ram.. jeez..

i clocked my E8400 which is stock 3Ghz to a 4.2Ghz.. it barely increases the power.. i may have had a faster FPS and all that but nothing special with overclocking... it just wastes the life of your parts.
