Well...... everything freezes in a minute or two after login. On Argo, it will come up with the red rules and will freeze right there. Any Solutions?

hmm.
remove any mods you have.
turns the Graphics down.
thats all i can really tell u cuz i never had this problem.

yesterday few players had this problem, re-install game.. this will help.

* If you have ANY type of modification remove it.
* Re-install the game.
* Get a new graphics card or turn down the GFX.

I dont know if it even applies to .3, but I can tell you in .2 I had the very same problem and targeted the root of it, unfortunately I had to reinstall GTA completely. There is a mod on GTAinside, for the dinghy that makes it a water bike, I dont know if you by chance have this but it seems to be infected by something that messes up samp. I highly recommend just not using mods due to insecure 13 year olds that infect other peoples computers... and unfortunately reinstall GTA... sorry man :conf:
