On July 20th one dead body was found floating just outside of Los Santos. It was believed its old and from some fishermen. Other victims were found the days after, in different locations of San Andreas, Coinsidence? Police couldnt stop finding bodies everywhere, Wheststone, Tierra Robada, Bone County... Eaten by sharks. Autopsy on all bodies proved that the serial killer is a Leader of The East Side Locos, a crime organisation. Called " Jefe " by other members, The jefe has applied his terror and power in the streets of Los Santos, as people of the other cities think their town is next. The jefe is Joaquin Lopez, also know as " Seether " also means " Anger ". He has leaded his gang much, but to not forget, The drugs activity, as called a Drug Lord, Seether had like 20 weed farmers, and many drug dealers, working for him in Los Santos, he was suspected for Mass possession of illegal drugs, and Buying Selling Narcotics in San Andreas. " Loco " is a Hispanic word with the meaning of Crazy, Indeed hes a maniac, and no body can stop him. Lately the East Side Locos Desappeard, In intention to calm down the Police Hit, The Jefe has decided to Move to an unknown location. We dont know where he is, But Watch ya back! Hes not Dead and might come back at anytime.
