I'm sorry to break it to you but, administrators have a very hard job. Also if you've been banned, I believe it's a result of your own actions. Usually administrators unban you right away if it's the wrong ID. The point is sometimes admins will be dealing with something else. As IcyAero said, only 5-7 admins are there to unban you, just be patient.

Nobody forces you to stay on this server if don't like how things work around here.

Unban requests are never meant to be dealt with instantly (obviously there are exceptions like wrong ID bans). You're not going to get unbanned in one or two days, even with 100 main admins existing. I believe you're more like asking to get your unban dealt with quickly, but you must admit your fault, think about it and wait a while as punishment for your rulebreaking. Maybe you should have read the rules before playing?

Admins team is not that bad as it wants to be by some people... Actually after checking several servers I came to conclusion that Argonath admins are the best around other servers...

that brings two negatives:

1. Players demand from admins more and more
2. Players stop solving problems themselves and run to cry about everything to admins... again demanding actions...

For example on any other server you will not get unban that easy as on Argonath... In many cases - just denied and therefore banning on forums...
On Argonath that needs to be an urgent asshole so that you will be denied or banned even from forums...

As about unban requests - they are dealing by admin leaders... So you have to edit your poll...

To finish this I would like to say that admins team is nowadays under consideration and there will be changes inside it...

I have certainly noticed that since 0.1b, the demand for admins to solve everything has risen...
8/10 times that someone gets suspected, they shout on main chat "abuse abuse! unsus admin plz plz plz!!!"
Whereas in the old times people would just accept it and probably go kill the guy who suspected them then surrender...
Admins can not always be there to wipe your asses, learn to do it by yourself.. (Sorry for that graphic comparison )

Of course we're not there to wipe your asses, there's a reason we're not called the "Tissue Paper Team".

Anyways, putting jokes aside, Admins are not gods sitting in the sky who will answer and fix every little problem you pray to them to fix for, sometimes there are things that players should solve themselves. Players are not like bee larvae that need to be spoon-fed, we are sentient beings who have thinking mechanisms for a reason, so we should use them.

Admins are there to help players when there's a problem they cannot solve by themselves, and to guide them as well.
