You can translate the ARPD handbooks, once I translated the MTA: VC ARPD police officer handbook to dutch, the said I would get a medal for it.. still don't have it

Guys, if we take by language, then by percentage the dominating native language is English (British and Americans ) so it stays English.

Why not just do what most other forums do these days and add translation packs to the forums for users that want them, and then create a moderated subforum for popular languages where discussions there can take place? There are still some users that don't speak English well, and this would give them a place to better communicate while they figure out how Argo works.

You can use Google translation to translate the whole page or any other similar services on the Web, probably.

All they have to do is select the language. I've seen this on other sites before and it seems like a good idea.
