Spyware help :(

And James, a good spyware I have been using would be Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. But whatever you do, DO NOT us Malware Defense. Its a scam and spyware....

And one more tip, dont open emails unless you really think they are important (like from friends, family, somewhere you ordereed...) because 80% of it is useless ass spam. Just delete alot of it.
