I just got the wheel fully tweaked up for use on LFS, the force feedback was amazing, and you really felt like you were on the road driving.

How to use the gearbox if you only have 2 pedals... And is this ssteer very good? i gonna buy one but I wanted maybe the G27 i dont know

The shifter is a up and down, you can use it in most games because the clutch is automatic and you don't need to have it, some games give you the option to select it. The wheel itself is very good, the force feedback is realstic, according to someone from Logitech, the force feedback on this wheel is better then the G25.

If your going for the full package, go for the G25, not G27, because G27 is just the G25 overpriced, and it removes the option to change the shifter mode.

This wheel is probably the best wheel around except for the G25 and G27.

Well , I read many about steering wheels before . The best wheel equeal to price and quality , is currently Driving Force GT , G27 is just copy of G25 , trust me . G25 got the most realistic gear , and here G25 got + . In my country , Poland . Driving force GT costs 350 zł , and G25 costs 600 zł . If you want to be more realistic , buy G25 , if you ignore price , and you respect reality. Driving force GT got the same abilities like G25 , but he's got lower useless things , like hide on gear . My opinion is , the driving force GT is much better equeal to price , good choice you got it Tupac.

Yeah I'm pretty satisfied after some months owning the product that its a awesome steering wheel.

I'd rather buy a joystick. And most likely without force feedback, because it's disturbing IMHO (and makes the controller cost a lot more).

But that's because I play quite a lot in various games, and a joystick is a more versatile controller than a steering wheel.

Flight simulators with a wheel? Nuh-uh.

Wheels are only good for racing games, joysticks are good for pretty much any game (gamepads are good too, but I'm more used to a joystick).


I'm thinking about getting this one. It hasn't got any force feedback, which I like, because it only disturbs me (and makes the controller cost twice as much).

But if you're not out for flying a cessna or becoming a bomberpro in Battlefield and need a good controller for your racing needs you'd want a wheel
