Scamming is now allowed?

Okay, admins now tell that you are ALLOWED TO SCAM even tought rules say otherwise, Cross Angel or some cross scammed travis today... for 8.5k he promised drugs and weapons, I told hes a scammer and i got 10 min ban for speaking the truth. Since when is scamming allowed, no rules say that you can scam they say SCAMMING IS NOT ALLOWED. cDa for example yesterday told a guy to pay up since it was illegal deal and he got weapons, so im really confused with the rules here, I hope main admin can clear it up.

Look through the post, and you'll see that scamming is allowed in illegal deals.

Read the sticky posted on this board... Scamming is not allowed but there is always a risk when going to illegal measures. There's many ways to get around it, just stop being lazy...

When you got scammed, they say go to Court, if  it was a House/Car, its not ilegal, then you got 'em back

I was the admin trying to clear this out, you might aswell add, seskom, that Travis lied to me. Travis confessed in the end it was ONLY drugs, and NO weapons.

I didint know that but my opinion is scamming should not be allowed cause many people are new and their only way of making money is by selling drugs or there should be rule about scamming them from new players
