Im looking for a skin that wears blue clothing to resemble "Crip" gang members, if you know of one, tell me where to buy it, and if you could please provide a screen shot.

That's most likely the only skins that symbolizes the "crip". You'll most likely find some nice crip mods, tough. Google it!
