Plenty websites offer information of the world's Army rank structures wikipedia being the most helpful, ever thought he went there and got Ranks from US Military and other countries.  Don't jump the gun...

I dont want to be hard, but i think this army is gonna be fail.
Because the leader, i think he has not much money to buy guns for his privates.
Because he is a beginner, i think this better can be cutted-off, and later re-opened again, because this can go really wrong way, and we already have 2 armys,
