I Cant Connect to Argonath SA-MP Server

When i do Connect, I can play like normal but then i lose connection and then i use /q and when i hit argonath bar, the ping is 9999 and its offline. Then in about 5 mins, it comes back online. Whats wrong?

do you have any firewall installed?
