Depends if you've done anything wrong or not. Have you checked the ban database?

If you were not banned, Then its probably a bug.
There is a very common bug that says your banned when your really not.

Try to reconnect a great many times, Unless you are really banned.

Try re-booting your modem, or port-forwarding the port: 7777.
