MTA:VC Error problem[Lock this thread]

I have a problem regarding MTA:VC
I am running in vista,
and everytime I try to join Argonath it gives me 3 different errors.
The first one doesn't say anything and I have the option to press Yes or No.
If I press Yes I come to the next error, and it says ERROR:Unable to copy 'weapon.mta' to 'weapon.dat'. \r\n\r\n You may want to do this manually. Continue?. Also here I have two options Yes or No, if I press Yes, I will come to the third and last error and it states You are running a modified version of the MTA client. Please reinstall, now I only have one option and that is Ok.
When I press Ok it will take me back to the main window of MTA again.
If you have any suggestions or solutions to this problem please comment I'd really like to hear about it.

This has happend to me a couple of times, try re-installing GTA VC and MTA:VC and then running MTA:VC as a admin.

Alright thanks for your help.
Now I could come In-game but right when I was about to spawn I got an error saying: We are no longer taking error reports for 0.5. Thankyou for using the MTA Error Report Tool, we'll be releasing a new version for use with the upcoming release of 0.5.1 along with the release of the client.
And the game crashes.
So I restart my Computer to see if it helps, and when I connect I get the same thing as before.
The weapon thing.

When installing MTAVC don't install the Error reporter tool just leave that box unchecked.

I did as you said Rusty, and now no weapon thing error isn't comming, but when I am just about to spawn I get a "Message of the day" and I get kicked for suspected trainer usage, and the next second Gta:VC crashes

I just tried to play MTA:VC and now I can't come in-game again.
I get the weapon error message again and it opens single player:O

I don't think it is the downloaded game that is causing this problem but I will try downloading another torrent.

I downloaded another VC torrent and the game starts, but when I am about to spawn I get disconnected due to suspect trainer usage. I have not restarted my comp, so I don't know if the same thing as before will happen

Alright good news, The game starts and I can play!.
Sad thing is that I need to re-install MTA:VC everytime I start up my computerT_T
