Need help with Car mod's

I downloded GTA IV car mod pack for SA and theres GTA3.img file only containing car files 472 of them, replacing it with the real GTA3.img wont work cause in original theres 16316 needed to start the game... I dont want to replace 472 files one by one so if anyone could help me this would be great, heres the link to download also: http://www.gtanetwork.it/zone/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=6698

 :ps: if you download the file it says to replace it with GTA3.img but the game wont start if I do so...

I tried extracting all files into one folder then deleting all files from gta3.img and adding them again but it didint allow me to add them im using IMG tool 2.0

Alci's IMG editor is much better, you can just import .dff and .txd files and the original ones will be replaced automaticly (If they have the same name)

If you use SAMI, you can install them all at once, and it will change how they handly in SP, but not in SA:MP

Are you sure? Because i LOVE car mods but im affraid to download them ):.
