I Still Can't Get In !

I Cannot get In

Can someone help me I still can get on to the server even with Gandalf's Magic wand bringing the server back up.
I came one awhile after server can back up but I was on cop duty. Then I said something in /p. I realized my blip color was red. Chuck told me to get of duty. So I went inside LSPD and went off. then when I was about to /exit from inside the PD and I realized it did not work so I tried to contact an ADMIN but I could not chat. So i tried other commands to see if they work but none did. So I tried to relog, but every time I relog i kept sticking at Joining game  or I am still getting bad nickname thing.
