Does this rule still vary?

Before i got banned as Box3r, i asked Gimli if i could change my name, he said, if its taken you have to wait 6 months + then you can have it. Meaning if the user hasnt logged in for 6 months they can have their account name, does it still vary?

Then I gave you the advice to, when you want to get unbanned and get rid of that "annoying" image.
You should stop make any of these topics, with questions who could be asked in a forum PM.
