Several players and I have hosted a few unique events that is aimed to have fun and relax without the pressure.
Prize? The prize is having fun. (Yes, you heard right: No money)
This started with a small event that just happened on the spot. Some vehicle hacker came by and spawned a 25,000carhp vehicle and got banned. Me and Battle decided to hold an event to try to destroy the vehicle. We enabled everyone to ram the shit out of the vehicle, as well with planes crashing into the hacked vehicle while people are spraying the vehicle with weapons. We gave out $70,000 each to two winners who managed to destroy the vehicle: Mafs_Venturas and Ozone.
Then Twenty came by and decided to experiment by having events with no cash rewards. We have decided on an Underwater Destruction Derby. Pretty fun, right?
Then came "The Battle over Las Venturas": An Aircraft Destruction Derby that involves a wide variety of planes and helicopters that took place in Las Venturas International Airport.
And lastly, "The Battle of Responders": It is an Team Destruction Derby, with the Police Team (LSPD, SFPD, LVPD, SWAT Enforcer, Bikes) and the EMS Team (Firetrucks, EMS Ranchers, and Ambulances). It took place in Bayside with the Police charging down the hill entrance to meet the EMS Team coming from the docks. Credits to Mafs_Venturas and Catzu_Ottos for suggesting this DD idea.
