can we have kidnapped? command and it will be funny lol

example:
type /c kidnapped ( player id or name )
stay close that player that u kidnapped and hold it 5 min 

once u kidnapped it will alert all the cop 911 from the location that criminal kidnapped person and cop must save the person from kidnapped

-kidnapped person hold 5 min get $1000
-kidnapped cop hold 5 min get $1100
-cop save person from kidnapped $500

Note:
*once kidnapped it freeze cant move it don't make u that kill criminal
*not so easy to kidnapped sometime it work and sometime it not work
*once not work for your fail kidnapped it will jail for 5 min

I'm quite sure a kidnap is easily to be roleplayed, at least on SA:MP. I doubt it's more difficould on Vice City than on San Andreas
