Weird noises never heard before from my PC

Hey all;

I've just turned on my PC for like 5 minutes and it's doing weird sounds like if something is being grinded and it looks like the fans are rotating faster than a plane propeller. D:

It calmed down but sometimes it does it again, should I be alarmed?

EDIT: Some seconds later after posting it sounded like when the PC is turning on, it scared the hell outta me, I thought the PC was freezing D:

I had this on an old laptop, the fans were catching, check inside and if they are, replace them, then check your Hard Disk and stuff.

This never happened after 18th April 2010.

Lock. Probably just a small fault.

For future reference, it's either something in the way of the rotating fans, or your hard-drives' header has crashed.

It happened to mine, the desk started vibrating lol but it slowed down and resumed like nothing happened.

Just the Hard drive :3 but I got a new one, cuz the other one I had, a SATA one, broke.
