Teamspeak 3 isn\'t running after CPU Change.

Hello ,
First thanks that you want to help me .
Some weeks ago i changed my CPU to the Following one :
(If you need More System Informations ,Then just let me know that on this Topic)


Teamspeak 3 Always starts successful until my CPU changed.
I started TS3 and the Following Message appears :
(i tried to Reinstall it Completely.)
(i also tried the "-nocpucheck" Function,TS3 crashes after starting.)


Any Solution?
