Cannot connect on server's.. help!

Well, guys i'm here reporting an problem and hopefully, someone of you here know's what's wrong. 
The thing is i cannot connect to severs, it says connected and after a while it disconnects then connects.. but still cannot log-in and play..
Here are some screens while trying to connect on paruni & argonath




I've checked internet, nothing's wrong, i can open webpages fast...and my ping at servers is 78 - 80

1. Did you re-install GTA:SA and perhaps forgot to downgrade ?
2. Is there any kind of firewall installed that might block the return traffic ?

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

2. Yes it is, avast antivirus.. should i uninstall it?

Why are people so prepared to uninstall their antivirus for no reason?

Allow SA:MP and GTA:SA through windows firewall.
