1 - I do not think that would be benificial to Argonath.
2 - Good idea, but for someone with millions, it could mean disaster, same for people who don't have anything, still a good idea though.

1: By that I meant official gangs / mafia, sorry for not explaining good enough .

Improve the system of Criminal factions, increase the strictness on Gangwars... ect.

Power is seen in how many guys you've got to kill the other team, It's TDM atm... with a little roleplay on the side for good measure.

This would indeed improve the large criminal side on the server, however. It would require all criminal group leaders to work together, something like this had already been done with the validations, as you know. However, I think other measures must be taken.
I believe Stracci once had the rule not to moan on /p after having a shoot-out with cops/other criminals, this wasen't for a long period unfortunatly.

In my eyes this is what Argonath has become and a lot have already said this.

1. Cops vs Criminals server - all will say that is true

2. Cops have more advantages over criminals, free weapons, free armour. Today Vince weapon equipped all cops with him and this was about 10 with combat and all had armour. Now that is 3 squad cars full of armored cops, each cop DBing with SMG against 3 gvardia suspect a little unfair eh? Cops can DB on bikes now rofl...cops will go after orange dot like it is their life to KILL it, not to RP but to kill. If I wanted to RP getting shot, the l33t cops would just keep fireing combat at me. Cops now a days do EVERYTHING to kill you, they will ram you when you on foot and while you on ground will fire combat at you this happened today as well to me lol.

3. Not enough real ways to make money on argonath now for non criminals.
-Can RP selling - does that get anyone any real money to have fun? No
-All can do is wait for a payday or lotto, but now you see many players just AFK to get lol since they have no other way to really get unless wanna turn criminal and sell drugs or be hitman.
-Why not add mole missions again with random times a street race can occur or money grab, in RS1 that was fun as HELL!!!!!!!
-Criminal player must pay to have weapons and armor, while the cop players who come on server can get weaponequip and free armour? A little unfair that we must use our money yet cop players must not?

Cops now ask for spikes when already have free weps and free armour, 3 cops DBing with SMG at a single crim car all armored LOL and their PURE intent is to KILL you no matter f**kING what.

I will speak the truth about what argonathrpg has become in my eyes with being here about 3 years, cop server. With the ARPD being in close connection with the main administration they get all they need, but I ask why does the ARPD get all this? All they are is PLAYERS roleplaying police supposedly to "protect" but this not what I see at all.

We need more options, more fairness to have fun on the server. Giving us lotto and paydays is a FAST way to say "Here just take the god damn money and be happy"

But why not create more ways to make money script wise when you are already giving free money out so fluently?

ARPD need to really look at themselfs and see how they changed from the respectable ARPD from 3 years ago under Kaltsu leadership to now. Look what you have become and what you created in San Fierro.

ARPD rules should indeed be more strict, in my opinion. Drive-bying as you just described should only occur on high risk suspects or a large group, such as a whole gang/mafia.

I believe Vince thought that you guys would be high risk, and come on, Gvardia is a high risk, they have some excellent shooters alongside of acces to a large array of weapons. A the real SWAT is hardly available on the server, freecops had to be used. Watch a few series which contain SWAT attacks, high risk houses/criminals are always brought down by the SWAT, that's simply how it works.

Moaning when dying, both comes from ARPD and criminal groups, in my time in Corleone we've had several shoot-outs with Stracci, Araatus and of course, the police. On some occasions people started moaning, on other occasions, Daniel told us not to complain in the public chat, and all went all. Sometimes even a 'congratulations' have been awarded.
Why isn't it like that?

If a group of police succesfully takes out a large group of suspects, such as Stracci/Gvardia and no complains about 'dm' would be issued, it could be really fun. After all, most suspects are looking for a shoot out anyway.
And vice-versa.
And if the suspects get taken down, maybe it's time for a different tactic. You could roleplay trainings for that, for example in Area 69 or where-ever.

I agree with Hidduh. Back 2 years ago paydays werent like evreyday of 10k there were only paydays on birthdays and etc.Now its given out like candy and evreybody thinks that if he will moan hell get more.It's stupid, we play to have fun not to:Omg I lost 100$.AAA abused me  abused !

I agree fully, newcomers start with $10,000 which is VERY good money for starting, then they get $9999 payday ((Thanks to Frank)). After this they think they will get this every hour/minute/second, and when they don't get or lose it they moan, moan and moan! Paydays are good but it makes RP light level.

Also /p(ublic) gives Argonath community and takes RP.

Don't all the gangs drive 3+ car convoys with fully armed men too? You can't get more equal combat conditions than that. And yet you moan all over the forum about how many cops have advantages over suspects (but of course you still pwn them all, you just don't like the fact that they have something that you don't).

Exactly why. These are the players who know the rules by heart and if they do break the rules, they only do it because they think they can get away with it. I think this is a great way of punishment, because a mere kick or tempban is just not enough.
