Hello guys, I've decided to write this topic to appeal to those who might be unsure about the player amount that we have on the ArgonathRPG VC:MP server.
Firstly, I would like to say the Vice City map is very different compared to the San Andreas map, it is obviously smaller, also the VC:MP isn't capable
as yet of doing something similar to what the SA:MP client can do.
So lets say you are interested in playing on the VC:MP server, but then you open the VC:MP client and you only see 0-3 players on Argonath, then you think to yourself the server is always like this?
You should not think this, just like the MTA:VC, and MTA:SA servers, the VC:MP server is active at different times of the day, and generally is not always empty, however there may be a certain point of the time in a day where you check and you see no players. Don't be discouraged by this as like I said, its just a point of the day, don't think it will be like this all day.
If your thinking, how can I make the VC:MP server active or start some activity?Well if one person joins the server, and another spots they might join the server and that cycle will go on and on until a decent amount of players are on, this has happend many times of me trying this and is a very efficent method.
So now you maybe thinking why is 10-15 players a good amount for VC:MP?Well, VC:MP is a very different client and map to SA:MP, it can do less things that SA:MP can, the whole system of RP works differently, you can spawn to change skin rather then things like buying clothes at shops or /duty, however this might be implemented to VC:MP because of the R2 release of 0.3, but this will take time for the scripters to work out how to do if its possible.
And finally, you might be saying, well if VC:MP and SA:MP is so different Fabio, why do you always complain about SA:MP players being money/power greedy?Well, dosen't matter how the SA:MP and VC:MP client are so different, the player is the one who does something to effect the server, not the client, the player should take responsibility of what they are doing, shouldn't only be bothered about money and power, and should be enjoying themselfs in other methods that don't cause trouble on the server.
If your wondering about things like the VCPD, official events, lottery, we also have this on VC:MP as you would on SA:MP.

Note about new scriptsThe newly developed 1.2 scripts have just recently been released and we are still learning more about them, so that means we will find bugs on the way but we are trying our best so we can get these solved as quickly as possible.
