Can't access Cinemassacre.com (James Rolfe's/AVGN's site)

I just can't.

It says the connection has "Exceeded the time limit" or something.
This doesn't happen in any other site.
My browser is Firefox (latest version) but also happens with Internet Explorer 8.
This has been going for about a week, and this NEVER happened before.
I HAVEN'T GOT ANY VIRUS. I ALREADY MADE AN ANTI-VIRUS SCAN WITH AVG (LATEST VERSION AND UPDATES) AND MALWAREBYTES ANTI-MALWARE.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits


Yes, my connection really sucks. Since my family's TV work by internet the download speeds and upload speeds are not very outstanding.

But, let's cut the chatter about the connection speeds. What do you recommend me to do?
