Developer note:

Argonath recognizes 2 main law enforcement groups.

1. ARPD : this is the main group under which all police based groups will have to reside
2. FBI : For all federal investigations.

ARPD will soon start the formation of the LCPD and connected subdivisions.
FBI is currently deliberating their presence in LC.

Any law enforcement group will have to reside under one of these.
