This is a simple idea, add the option "None" to country flag select box, so when a user doesn't want his country to be displayed, the "Country:" field in his profile would disappear completely, instead of appearing as "Country: 00"

Or just scroll up your Country list and put in the blank one, so it does not displays .

The time it takes for the devs to change this, it would be quicker for the person to just add their country.
