This configuration should work if I'm right, although you will have to quit anything running in the background, processes and other junk and put everything on low for this to...kinda play allright

I got an AMD Athlon x2 2.4 ghz, Ati radeon 4670HD 1gb and 4gb RAM and i can BARELY run it, so probably you can't run it

Intel C2D E8400, 3GB of ram and 8800GT 512Mb can easily run IV on medium settings. (2GB of ram will do as well)
